Free standard shipping is available for Printisian printer kits in our standard delivery regions.

Accessories & Consumables
Free standard shipping is available on accessories and consumables orders over $199.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. No promo code is required.

For remote areas, special regions, or destinations outside our standard delivery coverage, an additional shipping fee may apply. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.


Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the parcel is handed over to the carrier. This is normal during carrier processing and international transit handoff.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Printisian ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

How long will it take until I receive my order?
  • USA orders: 5–10 business days (free shipping for orders over $199).
  • Europe & Asia orders: usually 7–14 business days depending on region.
  • Other regions: shipping time varies, calculated at checkout.

Why haven’t I received any shipping information for my order?

Please check your spam/junk mail folder, and ensure our emails are not being blocked. If you still cannot find your shipping confirmation, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Why does my tracking information show [Returned to Sender]?

If your package is marked as Returned to Sender, it usually means the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or the phone number was invalid. The local courier will hold your package until the correct address is confirmed. Please contact us immediately so we can help update your shipping information and arrange redelivery.

Why are there no updates in the tracking information?

After leaving our warehouse, it can take several days for your package to arrive in your country/region by air. During this transit period, tracking updates may be temporarily unavailable. Once the package reaches the local carrier, the status will update immediately. Please note that due to global shipping resource shortages and geopolitical events in certain regions, deliveries may sometimes experience delays.

Why does the tracking service show “Delivered” but I didn’t receive anything?

Sometimes packages are delivered to your mailbox, building reception, or signed for by a neighbor. Please check these locations first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact your local courier for further details.

How do I make a purchase?

You can purchase directly from the Printisian official store. Simply select your product, add it to the cart, fill in your shipping details, and complete payment. For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us through the Contact Us page.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a second email with tracking information will be sent.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our support team to update the shipping address. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Can I change my billing address after placing my order?

Yes, billing address changes can be requested by contacting our support team, provided the order has not yet been fully processed.
