Shipping Policy FAQs

Does the Shipping Fee Include Taxes/VAT? ๐Ÿ’ฐ Do I Need to Pay Additional Customs Duties Upon Arrival?

For domestic orders in the United States and international orders to EU regions, we have prepaid taxes and VAT. If your delivery location is in these areas*, no additional taxes are required. If you are still charged customs duties upon receiving the goods in the EU (covered by IOSS) or within the US, please contact us with your receipt, and we will assist with the refund process. (*This provision does not apply to orders using DHL international shipping.)

For other international orders, the product prices do not include additional customs duties and taxes that may be required by local regulations. If such fees are applicable, the local logistics provider will contact you directly to ensure compliance with local laws. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. In some cases, goods of specific values or categories may be tax-exempt, and policies vary by country/region. Unfortunately, our merchants cannot keep track of the specific regulations, customs, procedures, or exceptions in every country/region. Therefore, we do not provide tax advisory services. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to research this information before placing an order. If import taxes, customs duties, or sales taxes must be paid, please pay them directly to the courier upon package arrival. We cannot estimate or prepay these fees. If you choose to forward the shipment or send it as a gift, please inform the recipient in advance that they may need to cover the taxes. Before confirming your order, please thoroughly research your local import tax regulations. If you are familiar with your local tax rules and have methods to reduce or exempt taxes, please specify your requirements in the checkout notes (such as labels, packaging methods, declaration documents, invoice formats, etc.). When Can I Receive Tracking Details? ๐Ÿ“ง

The Printisian logistics center typically requires 1-3 business days to prepare your order. Once the goods are shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking link update.

Can I Change the Delivery Address? ๐Ÿ“

If the order has already left the warehouse, we regret that we cannot change the address or shipping method midway. If it has not yet shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for support.

Why Haven't I Received Any Shipping Notification for My Order? โ“

Please check your spam folder and confirm if your email has blacklisted our messages. If you still can't find it, feel free to contact customer service at any time.

Why Does the Tracking Show [Returned to Sender]? ๐Ÿ”™

If the package status shows [Returned to Sender], the local courier will hold the package until you confirm and provide the correct address. This is usually due to incomplete addresses, invalid phone numbers, or other issues. If you have any questions, please contact us, and we will assist in correcting the address information.

Why Is There No Update on the Tracking? ๐Ÿ”„

After the order leaves the warehouse, it may take several days to arrive in the destination country/region via air transport. During this period, tracking information cannot be refreshed in real time. Sometimes, due to the transportation process, updates may be delayed for a few days. Once the package arrives locally, the status will be updated promptly. Please note that due to global geopolitical influences and logistics resource shortages, some orders may be delayed by a few days.

The Tracking Shows Delivered, But I Haven't Received the Package? ๐Ÿ“ฆ

The package may have been placed in your mailbox or signed for by a neighbor. Please check carefully first. If not found, please consult the local courier company for more details.
