Return Period: You may return your order within 30 days of receipt if it doesn’t meet your expectations.

Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Items marked as non-returnable or gifts cannot be refunded.

Products that are used, damaged, or modified cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. (We do not accept COD shipments.)

Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a prompt refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. (Processing may take longer during holidays.)

Note: Original shipping fees, import duties, VAT, and return shipping costs are not refundable.
