At Printisian, your satisfaction means everything to us. While we hope you’ll love your purchase, we completely understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. That’s why we’ve made our return process simple and worry-free.

✅ Return & Refund Policy

• Return Period: You may return your order within 30 days of receipt if it doesn’t meet your expectations.

• Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Exclusions:

  • Items marked as non-returnable or gifts cannot be refunded.

  • Products that are used, damaged, or modified cannot be returned.

  • Please contact us before sending a return, so we can assist you properly.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. (We do not accept COD shipments.)

• Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a prompt refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. (Processing may take longer during holidays.)

• Note: Original shipping fees, import duties, VAT, and return shipping costs are not refundable.
